Description:
Learn the art of portrait pencil drawing in this week-long youth workshop. From careful study of detail and feature to the shape and structure of the face, we will play with fundamental realistic portraiture to get the eyes, ears and nose where they belong (in proportion), then play with various pencil marks toward more expression and feeling to find the art in abstract likeness of the individual.
Registration Deadline: Register by May 12th to receive a 2026 MAG Summer Youth Program t-shirt (limit one per child).
