The MAG Community Art Center is thrilled to be able to host on-site youth and adult art parties, and off-site adult painting parties.

PRICE: $160 for 8-12 party guests, with $5 for each additional guest.

PLANNING: We ask that parties be booked at least three weeks in advance. We will do our best to work with your schedule!
Following the make activity, the family can host the refreshment, etc. portion of the party. During this time the art instructor will be preparing the art projects for each guest to take home, and is not available for party management.
The studio is available one hour prior to the party for any decorating.

Host must provide tables and chairs for all guests. Covering the table to protect it from paint will be the responsibility of the host. There must be running water in the space where the party will take place.
For liability reasons, all participants of any on-site art party must be 18+. MAG Community Art Center does not do on-site art parties for children.
To ensure the safety of our instructors, the MAG Community Art Center will either need photos of the space during booking discussions, or will need to do an on-site visit before the booking deposit is paid.

What to Expect

This first step is paramount to getting your party on the books. Fill out the appropriate Art Party form above to let the MAG Community Art Center know as much about your event as possible.

The staff at MAG will contact our instructors to see if they are available for any of your preferred party dates.
For the safety of our instructors, MAG does not give out any personal contact information, but will instead serve as the liaison between the instructor and the party organizer.

Once MAG has contacted our instructors, we will contact you to let you know which dates work. We will pencil-in your party date and time and will send you a link to pay the $50 non-refundable booking deposit.
This deposit can be paid online or in person. Your party will not be booked until this deposit is paid.

The remainder of your payment is due the day of your party. You may pay by check, cash, or card in the MAG Art Market.
The only thing left to do is have a fantastic time!
